Online bookings are requests only. An appointment is confirmed only after our team contacts you and confirms it.
2. Consultation and suitability
Every treatment begins with a professional consultation. We may decline or adjust a treatment if it is not suitable for you. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or allergies.
Individual skin conditions differ; results and how long they last vary from person to person. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of results or a substitute for medical advice.
3. Cancellations and changes
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, by phone (09 379 6778) or WeChat (RUMI-521).
4. Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed at consultation and are in NZD including GST. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.
