Senior Skin & Aesthetic Consultant

Full-time · Newmarket, Auckland · 3+ years in skin clinic / aesthetics

Lead client consultations, skin analysis and treatment planning across our professional brand protocols and light-based devices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct skin consultations and device-based skin analysis
  • Design personalised treatment plans and home-care advice
  • Deliver facials and IPL / laser treatments within licence scope
  • Maintain accurate client records and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO / CIBTAC / NZQA L5) or equivalent
  • Experience with IPL / laser devices preferred
  • Fluent English; Mandarin a strong advantage
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand

Marketing & Business Development Manager

Full-time · Newmarket, Auckland · Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Own RUMI's brand, marketing and growth strategy as we develop new locations across New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing and business development plans
  • Manage social channels (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, WeChat, Facebook) and campaigns
  • Build partnerships with brands, corporate clients and local businesses
  • Manage marketing budget, track performance and report to directors
  • Support research and planning for new locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of marketing / business development experience, including management responsibility
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, retail or hospitality preferred
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • Legal right to work in NZ, or eligible for an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV)
