1. Who we are
RUMI BEAUTY is operated by Alpha International Group Limited, 7/28 Remuera Road, Newmarket, Auckland 1050. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.
2. Information we collect
Booking requests: name, phone, email, optional WeChat ID, preferred date/time, treatment and any skin concerns you choose to share.
Job applications: name, contact details, position, visa status, experience, LinkedIn, message and any CV you upload.
We do not use advertising trackers. Your language preference is stored only in your own browser.
3. How we use it
To contact you, confirm or reschedule appointments, prepare for your consultation, and assess job applications. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Storage and security
Information is stored securely with our cloud hosting and email providers, which may be located outside New Zealand and provide comparable safeguards. Access is limited to authorised staff; CVs are kept in private storage.
5. How long we keep it
Booking information is kept while needed for your care and our legal obligations. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information at any time by emailing lix980052@gmail.com or calling 09 379 6778. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
